How our recipes are created
Our recipes are developed as original editorial recipes. We write ingredient lists and instructions for this site rather than copying another publisher’s recipe. We review measurements, cooking order, food-safety considerations, and internal consistency before publication.
Many recipes are still editorial formulations and have not been independently kitchen-tested by RecipeLeaf. Those pages carry a disclosure, and their times and yields are identified as estimates. We do not publish invented ratings, fabricated reader reviews, or unverified nutrition figures. When a recipe is tested in the future, we will update the page with the results and revision date.
Images and corrections
Some recipe images are AI-generated illustrations rather than photographs of a tested preparation. Newer pages identify those images directly. Illustrations are intended to show the dish concept and should not be treated as proof of a tested result.
